For you, this means that your contacts at PUBLICA remain available by e-mail, phone or post. Please do not visit our offices without a prior appointment.
Pensions will also continue to be paid into the beneficiary’s bank or post office account by no later than the 10th day of the month, as usual.
Service limitations: There may be occasional disruption to telephone lines owing to technical problems. The post office has also notified us that there will be delays in delivering letters. This means that we may not always be able to respond to you immediately. Thank you for your understanding.
