The Investment Committee has six members: two employee and two employer representatives from the Board of Directors, and two external experts.
PUBLICA’s Director and Head of Asset Management are consultative members.
The tasks of the Investment Committee are as follows:
- submitting proposals for the strategic asset allocations
- monitoring and complying with the Investment Guidelines and the strategic asset allocations
- regularly exchanging information with Asset Management
- monitoring compliance with the external mandate agreements and internal directives
- approving property transactions (purchases, sales, projects) up to an investment value of CHF 100 million
- reporting periodically to the Board of Directors on investments and administration
- notifying the Chair and Vice-Chair without delay when it identifies deviations from the Investment Guidelines or the strategic asset allocation
